Annette Gallimore graduated with a BA(Hons) in Fine Art at London Guildhall University, now the School of Art, Architecture and Design, London Metropolitan University. Having taken up a different career for some years, she has recently returned to printmaking and painting. Her etchings take inspiration from Renaissance paintings and frescos and Ancient Greek and Roman mosaics. She explores elements from these sources; her current printmaking focusing on mystical creatures. She lives near Edinburgh.
