Scottish School Prints: Ongoing

Scottish School Prints is a digital CPD programme for primary and secondary school teachers in Edinburgh, with artists working alongside teachers to support the art curriculum and creating original prints which will be gifted to the schools.

The programme was inspired by Brenda Rawnsley’s 1940s School Prints programme and was developed to test a new digital engagement programme to support art education and bring a new collection of inspirational work to 50 schools across Edinburgh.

Three print editions have been produced with internationally-renowned artists Hardeep PandhalHanna Tuulikki, and Mohammad Barrangi. Each print has been produced as an edition of 60, with the majority of these being donated to schools as learning resources. A limited number of prints are also available to purchase through the Edinburgh Printmakers shop, online or in person at Castle Mills.
