Facilitated by Distanced Assemblage and developed in partnership with The Welcoming, Alternative Tracks is a large participatory artwork that is being produced collaboratively by refugee and asylum seeker groups in Edinburgh as a collection of textile printed panels. This event, devised by the groups that have participated in the project up to date, presents their responses to the theme of 'belonging' and their explorations of the meaning of 'objects', to celebrate the diversity of the places they are living in.
Developed as part of Edinburgh Printmakers' programme In from the Margins.
