Decades Unwrapped: 1970s: Sandy Moffat & Ken Diffy
Join us for this new series of talks building on Edinburgh Printmakers' successful 'Unwrapped' series exploring works and stories from the Permanent Collection.
In this event, Edinburgh Printmakers hosts former EP Director Ken Duffy and Edinburgh artist and cultural phenomenon Sandy Moffat RSA in conversation about EP’s formative years during the 1970s.
Leading up to the celebration of our 60th year in 2027, Edinburgh Printmakers is hosting a series of events exploring its early decades. Hear stories of the Edinburgh arts scene in the 1960s, 70s, and 80s from local icons Richard Demarco, Sandy Moffat, Ken Duffy, and Sam Ainsley. Discover how the culture of Edinburgh itself laid the foundations for Edinburgh Printmakers to become the strong and unique community arts hub it is today.
