Delivery and returns
Once an order has been placed we aim to dispatch it within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. We operate a next day delivery service for the UK, though this may vary depending on postcode and access. We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property. Additional charges may apply for the storage of the products if customer delays delivery, for more than three weeks after the estimated date for arrival. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards. If you have not received your order within 7 days please contact our customer services team at email@example.com to investigate the non-arrival.
Cancellation and Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if you are not satisfied with your product you may return it within 28 days of receipt of delivery.
Goods must be returned in suitable protective packaging, and where possible returned unused and unopened.Please note we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned products in transit and as such, we recommend that you return any products through a recorded delivery service. If a work is returned to us damaged without prior notice having been made, we cannot guarantee any refund until the damage has been investigated. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you, or refund to you any amounts attributable to you through loss or damage.
Packaging of Products
All of our products are packaged by our specially trained sales team to ensure safe delivery to you, the customer. We send all of our medium and larger sized prints rolled in a wide diameter tube. Smaller prints are wrapped between reinforced card.
We have a variety of shop products here at Edinburgh Printmakers, and they will be packaged appropriately per item. Our sales team take the utmost care when packaging any product, but should there be any damage incurred during transit please see further details on how to proceed under ‘Risk of Damage in Transit’.
Risk of Damage in Transit
We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them. Should the product arrive damaged, please contact one of our sales team to investigate the damage. Once the product arrives with you and you have paid in full, it will become your property. If you return a product to us for any reason, it will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive it.
Prices and Postage
All product prices are inclusive of VAT and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges will be added once you have proceeded to the checkout.
