Ashlynn Wardle

Ashlynn Wardle is an artist and art therapist based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her art practice is predominantly focused on printmaking and also includes ceramic sculpture, drawing, and textiles. She draws on collage and found objects in her artwork to explore different themes including the environment, identity, and folktales. Ashlynn completed her BA at Bowling Green State University and her MSc at Queen Margaret University. She has exhibited her artwork internationally. 

Printmaking is important to me as it offers the opportunity to play and experiment with different processes and possibilities. While rooted in traditional techniques, printmaking allows for unexpected outcomes, innovative methods, and adapting to changes.
