In addition to our EP Editions programme, where Edinburgh Printmakers invites artists to collaborate and produce prints, our contract printing service allows a wider range of artists and galleries to benefit from our expertise and experience in producing print editions.
Our long list of galleries, artists and dealers with whom we have worked to create projects in the past include: The Fruitmarket Gallery-Edinburgh, Tate-St Ives, David Krut Editions-New York, Ingleby Gallery-Edinburgh, Nicolai Wallner Gallery-Copenhagen, Open Eye Gallery, Edinburgh, plus specific projects for many individual artists.
Whether the prints are specifically created for an exhibition outcome or to explore and create a piece of work outwith the artists’ technical expertise, we will consider projects from artists, curators and galleries alike.
At the outset of the project, we are happy to act in an advisory capacity in selecting the appropriate working method or process to suit your project needs. The wide range of processes offered in our studio places us in a prime position to offer the most creative options within the field of contemporary printmaking.
Processes we can offer for editioning projects include: Etching, Photo-etching, Photopolymer gravure, Stone Lithography, Plate lithography, Screenprinting, Relief printing and Digital prints.
