Wood Engraving Masterclass with Angie Lewin

Full Price: £200 / £155 concession

This masterclass with celebrated artist and prolific creator Angie Lewin offers a one-off opportunity to gain an insight into her practice.

Small is indeed beautifull! Wood engraving differs from woodcut in its finer lines and ability to create highly intricate works, often of a smaller scale than conventional wood or linocut.

Angie Lewin studied printmaking at Central St Martins and Camberwell School of Arts and Crafts. She uses a range of printmaking processes including wood engraving and linocut. Alongside exhibiting her limited edition prints she designs textiles and wallpapers for St Jude’s which she co-founded in 2005. She is a member of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers, the Scociety of Wood Engravers and the Royal Watercolour Society.
