Norman McBeath

Norman McBeath is a photographer and printmaker whose work focuses on people and places. The National Portrait Galleries in London and Edinburgh hold over fifty of his portraits in their permanent collections.

He has recently collaborated with two leading poets: Plan B (Enitharmon Press, 2009)  with the Pulitzer Prize-winner and former Oxford Professor of Poetry, Paul Muldoon and  Simonides (Easel Press, 2011)  with Robert Crawford, Professor of Modern Scottish Literature at the University of St Andrews.

His photogravures have been shown in numerous exhibitions overseas and in the UK including the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition in London.
