Opening hours

 

Edinburgh Printmakers' Galleries and Shop is currently closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays. 

Our print studio and cafe will be accessible via Gilmore Park through the courtyard on Tuesdays and Sundays. Please ring the Gilmore Park bell if you require assistance.

 

Exhibitions & Shop - free to enter

Wednesday - Saturday | 10am-6pm

Walk-ins welcome - no need to book.

  • Facilities

    Edinburgh Printmakers has a light-filled open access printmaking studio with quality equipment and materials.

     

    What is a print?

     

    We host a changing programme of exhibitions in our gallery spaces, which are accessible free of charge.

     

    If you're looking to make a day out of your visit, we also have a shop selling prints made by our studio members and handmade gifts, as well as our onsite vegan cafe Holy Cow Lounge.

     

    Should you be looking for a venue for a meeting or event, we have bright and flexible rooms available to hire.

     

    Edinburgh Printmakers is entirely dog friendly apart from our main print studio.

     

    Venue facilities
    Unisex toilets, disabled toilets, baby changing facilities, shop, cafe.

    The building is fully wheelchair accessible with lift access to all floors. See accessibility for more information.

     

    Tours and School Visits

    We offer bespoke visits to stimulate your imagination including tours, talks, demonstrations, and workshops.

    Bicycle racks
    Bicycle racks are available during opening hours in our courtyard. When the building closes for the evening, bikes will be inaccessible behind a locked gate. The closest bicycle racks that are accessible 24/7 are on Melvin Walk, just opposite Castle Mills.
