Edinburgh Printmakers are looking for two an enthusiastic and friendly volunteers with a can-do attitude to join our dynamic gallery team as a Gallery & Sales Intern and PR & Research Intern.
These Internships will give volunteers the opportunity to learn and develop various skills:
Gallery & Sales Intern - in gallery administration, exhibition and event co-ordination, and art handling.
PR & Research Intern - marketing, PR and arts administration
We aim to provide our interns with a solid understanding of what it means to work within a public arts organisation and the contemporary arts market through thorough training and plenty of support during their time with us.
Through working with volunteers’ own strengths and interests, this internship is designed to equip recent graduates interested in the visual arts sector with the tools that they need to make decisions about, and pursue, their future career choices.
These are non-paid roles, but we can offer £32 a month for travel as well as the opportunity to take part in Edinburgh Printmakers’ vast array of printmaking courses.
