Edinburgh Printmakers offers excellent opportunities throughout the year to gain valuable knowledge, skills and experience supporting the management of the gallery. Currently we are recruiting for two positions:

Part Time Administrator    

The Administrator will report directly to the Finance Administrator, to ensure the effective operation of the company through general administration, supporting financial administration and customer care.
The post holder will work closely with the Director, Finance Administrator, Gallery Assistant and the Print Studio Director to develop and maintain existing and new operational systems to facilitate the day to day requirements and financial & administrative procedures that support the exhibitions, sales, print studio and education programmes.

Working hours: 30 hour week Tuesday-Friday. Normal hours 10.00 – 18.00, but evening and weekend work may be required.
Salary Scale: £13,923 pro rata based on 37.5 hours per week
Terms: 12 month fixed term contract

Marketing & Press Intern

Edinburgh Printmakers is looking for Arts and Event Marketing Intern.
Our free admission galleries adjoin our open-access fine-art printmaking studio and a shop where your tasks will range from promotion of our courses, working with press databases and website, assisting during events, managing organisation’s social media and much more.
It's a six-month voluntary internship post for 2 days a week (to be agreed but will have to be between Tuesday and Friday). This is a non-paid role but we can offer Interns up to £20 a month for travel.
